A simpler way to build

Our initial challenge became a strength in our minimalist design for Any Place – where components like joists, main beams, columns, and walls are standardised and interchangeable. With only five main fasteners, our building system is both simple and versatile. The roofing system adapts during joins, preventing redundancy. Any Place is a genuine modular system that values simplicity within complexity.

Consideration of past and current materials turns complexity into simplicity. Our inclusive approach spans the past, present, and future, aiming to attach rooms to homes swiftly. We prioritise waste reduction, minimising disruption for workers and uncertainties in costs.
